Our AI assistant has a new name. HeyAI is now Ree. It is still the same helper, it just introduces itself by its new name across the whole app. There is nothing to set up or switch on, everything works just as before.

Arrange your candidate lists your way
In a position's candidate list, the inbox and the talent pool you now choose which columns you see and in what order. Sort by any of them, for example by interview date or task deadline, and a new Notes column shows the latest note on the candidate. heyree remembers the layout for each user and each list separately.

Outlook now works as reliably as Gmail
Together with our first Microsoft 365 customers we went through the whole Outlook connection and fixed whatever was rough. The calendar syncs reliably and recovers on its own, emails you send straight from Outlook reach the candidate's history, and offered interview times no longer clash with your meetings.

Reporting and dashboard: exact numbers and a click-through for each
The number of hired candidates in reporting now matches the real hires in the selected period, and one click shows exactly the people behind the number. You can also type the period as dates, and the time-to-hire tile on the dashboard no longer reports “no hires” at the start of a quarter, because it looks back over the last few months.

An AI score that follows the candidate through the whole process
The AI score is no longer a one-off CV rating. When you add a note, a manager gives a verdict, you rate the candidate with stars or heyTaker records an interview, Ree recalculates the score shortly after. On the candidate detail you see how the score developed round by round, and why. And you read the assessment in the language you use heyree in, even when the CV was in English.

GDPR: consent filters and a simpler consent request
In the talent pool a single filter now finds candidates with valid consent, without consent, or those who have not yet received the data processing notice, and you can sort them by when their consent expires. Send a bulk email straight from the results. The consent request email has one clear button, and the candidate ticks any further optional consents on the page it takes them to.

We went through detailed customer feedback and reworked the candidate detail so the essentials are visible right away. The AI panel collapses, LinkedIn is easy to spot, documents have a type, and you can move a candidate to the next stage without sending an email. Managers can now rate with stars too.
