Fixes: accurate waiting times, a smarter dashboard and plenty of small things
The August batch of fixes across the app. Waiting time in the inbox follows real task and interview deadlines, the dashboard shows every candidate waiting on a manager and forms no longer report unsaved changes you never made.
More reliable job board connections
We upgraded the sync services for Jobs.cz and StartupJobs. Candidate import handles large volumes, recognizes CVs more reliably and carries over more complete candidate information.
Careers on your website: builder, WordPress and API
Put your heyree openings on your own website without a developer. Click together the embed's look in Settings, use our ready-made WordPress plugin, or go deeper with the public API and SDK. Candidates complete the whole application including the CV upload without ever leaving your site.
A new first-run setup guide
New organizations are now guided through the app step by step. Basic settings, hiring stages and your first position are ready in a few minutes, no manual needed.
Under the hood: over 220,000 lines of tests
You will probably never notice this while working, but it is why heyree holds up. We massively expanded our automated tests, every change now passes hundreds of checks before it reaches you. So that every release runs like a Swiss watch.
Public API and MCP: connect heyree to your AI assistants
We opened a public API and added an MCP connector. Connect heyree to your own systems, or to AI assistants like Claude and manage your hiring in plain language. You sign in with your heyree account, and full documentation is included.
Automations: heyree watches the deadlines for you
Settings has two new tabs, Automations and SLA. Decide how long a candidate may wait before heyree nudges the manager, or when to follow up with a candidate who went quiet. You set the rules, heyree keeps watch.
Share one candidate, not the whole position
When you need a colleague's opinion on a specific candidate, you can now share just that one. Managers can be asked for feedback by email, a request sent by mistake can be withdrawn, and you can delete your own notes.
AI writes your job ads and candidate emails
AI job ad generation is now available to everyone. The AI learns from your published ads, keeps your style and follows your instructions. Candidate emails got your branding, and rejections can be written personally by AI even when you send them in bulk.
Talent pool: just say who you are looking for
Talent pool search now understands plain language. Type 'React developer from Brno with English' and heyree finds the candidates for you. Save your favorite queries as views, and when you open a new position heyree checks on its own whether matching candidates are already in your database.
